Shipping
Your order is processed and shipping is started within 24-48 hours. We do not ship on weekends. Shipping is with DHL courier service and will usually arrive at most international destinations within 7-12 days. Customs clearance in some countries can further delay your shipment.
Return/ Re-shipment
- Package / contents used or broken (not accepted).
- Package must be returned within 30 days.
- Return postage to be paid by the customer.
Note* Cost of re-delivery in some circumstances will be at the Customers own expense:
- Customer input incorrect shipping address.
- Did not receive or pick up the package as per individual country postal requirements.
- Wrong information resulting in non-delivery.
Payment
1). Payment by MasterCard, Visa, American Express or JCB
- We welcome all major credit cards by using an encrypted secure server online. You will need to make an order first, and, when you check out, just click on the appropriate logo.
2). Payment by PayPal
- We accept PayPal, for those who have an account and prefer that particular ordering system. Simply click on the PayPal logo when you check out.
3). Payment by Bank Transfer

- If you make a bank transfer, please let us know by e-mail that you have done so. When we receive your payment, we will ship your order within 24 hours (excluding weekends).
- Please be aware that international bank transfers can take a few days to complete.
Refund
Refunds will be issued if the requirements below are met.
- Package is returned – Original Condition – no damage – contents Sealed / non used
- Refund pricing will subject to our evaluation of the returned products and expiry date.
- Refunds are processed: on 15th and 30 /31st each month.
- Individual Bank fees may apply (please check with your personal bank institution).
